• After expiry of the regular warranty period, we can provide individual service according to different requirements.
• our own service center network all over China and after sales service provided by authorized service partners;
• consulting to optimize your heating system to increase comfort and to reduce energy consumption as to save costs (e.g. by upgrade with a room thermostat);
• availability of spare parts for at least 15 years after purchasing the Bosch wall-hung boiler;
• 24 hour service hotline and separate complaint line (see contact numbers);
• many additional services.
